Zhao Changpeng released security tips on preventing phishing attacks:
1. Never disclose your password to anyone claiming to be "customer service personnel", real customer service personnel will never ask users to provide passwords.
2. Do not click on links received in emails, only log in to the user's account by manually entering the website address or through bookmarks. Before entering any password, be sure to triple-check that the website is not a phishing site.
3. Do not use the same password on multiple websites. Use a password manager to set a unique and strong password for each website, and the password manager will not match your password on phishing site domains.
4. Use hardware two-factor authentication (2FA) devices like Yubikey, which can prevent most phishing attacks.
