BNB Treasury Company BNB Plus announced that it has received a delisting decision from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel due to its failure to meet the minimum $1 bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company plans to file a request for review with the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications and Hearings Review Committee. However, the review request will not automatically stay the delisting process, so the stock is expected to be suspended from trading on Nasdaq at the open on July 14, 2026. Subsequently, it will be listed on the OTCQB Venture Market, operated by OTC Markets Group, under the same ticker symbol BNBX, with trading expected to commence at or shortly after the open on July 14.
