Blockchain lottery platform Megapot has announced the completion of a $5 million funding round. The round was led by Dragonfly, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Bankless Ventures, and founders of FanDuel, Betfair, and MyPrize. The project is reportedly built on the Base network and utilizes stablecoins for global fund settlement. Megapot plans to use this funding to further expand into more international markets and develop a mobile-first, on-chain lottery platform for global users.
