Anonymous Donor Contributes Over $8 Million USDT to 19 Nonprofits

On August 22, the cryptocurrency charity donation platform The Giving Block announced that an anonymous donor donated over $8 million USDT to 19 nonprofit organizations last week. The funds will be used for areas such as hunger relief, global health, humanitarian aid, and support for children and families. The Giving Block was established in 2018 and was acquired by payment company Shift4 in 2022, processing over $100 million in cryptocurrency donations through its platform by 2025.
