This proposal brings many good user experience improvements in key/wallet management and uses widely supported encryption curves. 3. The meeting also discussed a proposal to add events to the pre-deployed system contract to facilitate cross-layer communication with EIP-7002 and EIP-7251. Everyone agreed that this change is meaningful and will update the corresponding contract. 4. The meeting called for the deactivation of EIP-158 2 to simplify the deployment of EIP-7702 and Verkle migration, but this proposal is no longer necessary given the latest update of 7702. 5.
