The platform offers virtual experiences for customers to explore various products and services, make deposits, and access banking services in digital avatar formats.
PNB joins a growing list of financial services companies that have launched metaverse experiences, including HSBC, Ned Bank, and Commercial Bank International of the United Arab Emirates. The bank's CEO emphasized the importance of embracing digital advances in banking services and praised their technology partner, Kiya.ai, for bringing digital experiences to their Gen Z customer base.
