Ethereum Co-Founder: More Well-Funded Organizations to Jointly Promote Ethereum as a Global Settlement Layer

On June 22, Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin posted on social media that it would be a wonderful thing if the world could have a truly trustworthy and neutral global coordination and digital asset settlement platform. The large-scale and rigorous decentralization achieved by the Ethereum platform makes this vision possible. Soon, and in the near future, more organizations with credible neutrality and sufficient funding will join in to work alongside the Ethereum Foundation to promote this mission. These organizations will focus on facilitating the development of the entire Ethereum ecosystem and advancing areas of interest for numerous financial institutions adopting Ethereum technology, including the Ethereum mainnet, Layer 2 networks, and private Ethereum networks. In the future, these three systems will be able to achieve near real-time interoperability and composability, allowing ETH to flow freely within this expanded Ethereum ecosystem.
