This system is a smart contract mechanism that allows ZKsync Governance to route and distribute protocol revenue and fees through its controllable on-chain mechanism. ZKsync stated that the relevant forum post has detailed the contract architecture, operational mechanisms, security measures, and deployment addresses of the system.
