Avraham Eisenberg, a trader accused of manipulating Mango Markets in a multi-million dollar crypto scam, will face trial on December 4th in New York.

The scam occurred on October 11th, 2022, resulting in a loss of approximately $110 million. Both the SEC and CFTC have brought charges against Eisenberg for fraudulent activities, market manipulation, and violating the Commodity Exchange Act.

Eisenberg is accused of artificially inflating the value of his swap contract holdings on Mango Markets and borrowing digital assets without repaying them.
