On March 30, RWA infrastructure company Midas completed a $50 million Series A financing round, led by RRE and Creandum, with participation from Framework Ventures, Franklin Templeton, and Coinbase Ventures. Midas will use the funds to expand its 'Midas Staked Liquidity' (MSL) system, which aims to address liquidity issues in traditional 'vault-like' structures that require waiting in line for redemptions. This will be achieved by setting up an independent liquidity layer next to the product and using pre-allocated funds to meet redemption demands, allowing for instant redemptions of on-chain yield-bearing token products. Midas stated that since 2024, it has issued $1.7 billion in tokenized assets, distributing $37 million in earnings to investors.
