Relm Insurance, a Bermuda Monetary Authority-regulated specialty insurance carrier, has launched a suite of five products covering various cryptocurrency-related risks, including cyber cover, crime coverage for holding crypto in hot wallets, and investment management coverage. The company also offers professional liability insurance for crypto trading and cover for losses associated with staking Ethereum. Relm has previously provided insurance cover to exchanges, payment and remittance platforms, custodians, software developers, and foundations that anchor decentralized autonomous organizations for some of the biggest decentralized finance protocols. The new product suite applies to areas within crypto where there is a lack of cover available and the capacity limits depend on each company and situation.
