UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) officially announced that it has selected 4 companies to enter its regulatory sandbox to test stablecoin innovation services in a real environment with security guarantees. The 4 selected companies are Monee Financial Technologies, ReStabilise, Revolut, and VVTX, chosen from 20 applications.

The stablecoin innovation service testing will begin in the first quarter of 2026, focusing on applications such as stablecoin issuance, payments, wholesale settlement, and crypto trading.
