Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) (referred to as "ORBS" or "the Company") announced today an additional investment of $40 million in OpenAI. Previously, the Company had invested $50 million in OpenAI, bringing its total investment in the global leader in artificial intelligence to $90 million. Following this additional investment, OpenAI accounts for approximately 30% of ORBS's total holdings. In addition to its OpenAI shares, ORBS's assets also include 277,222,975 WLD, 11,068 ETH, and a total of $76 million in cash and stablecoins. ORBS holds nearly 10% of the circulating supply of WLD, making it the largest public market participant in the Worldcoin ecosystem.
