Ho argued that DAOs and voting mechanisms are often merely ornamental; the true metric of decentralization is whether a system retains human-triggered single points of control. He remarked that if rules can still be unilaterally modified by a privileged few after a vote is cast, such decentralization is nothing more than a "coordination performance." Through its proprietary ENI Matrix architecture, the project mitigates the risk of human intervention at the foundational level.
