Coinbase International Exchange: APT, FIL and SUI perpetual markets will enter release-only mode

Coinbase International Exchange announced that the APT-PERP, FIL-PERP, and SUI-PERP markets will enter the "post-only" mode. Users can post or cancel limit orders, but cannot match orders. The "post-only" mode will last for at least 1 minute.
