anetaBTC applies for Catalyst Fund 11 to build V2 packaging protocol

AnetaBTC has applied for Catalyst Fund 11 on X platform to build the V2 wrapping protocol. AnetaBTC hopes to deploy a fully decentralized and secure Bitcoin wrapping protocol that does not rely on centralized third parties.
