Attending the BOT Chain summit also provided him with deeper insights into cutting-edge fields such as modular algorithm networks and AI-blockchain integration, and he expressed his expectation for continued engagement with the industry to promote healthy Web3 development.

Mr. Lam Chun-ka then delivered his remarks, highlighting Hong Kong’s close connection with global markets as an international metropolis. With China’s ongoing “15th Five-Year Plan,” Hong Kong’s fintech positioning is becoming increasingly clear, creating broader opportunities for collaboration with global fintech, business, and innovation sectors.
He expressed hope for deeper international cooperation and wished the BOT Chain Global Summit great success.
Keynote Speeches

Mr. Victor Halberg, Vice Chairman of the BOT Foundation, delivered a keynote titled “Global Debut: BOT Chain Development Roadmap.”
He systematically introduced BOT Chain’s ecosystem development strategy and key milestones. Since the mainnet launch one month ago, BOT Chain has demonstrated strong growth momentum across block height, transaction activity, wallet address growth, and on-chain efficiency—highlighting its high performance, accessibility, and scalability.
He further elaborated on BOT Chain’s infrastructure capabilities, including its block explorer, computing system, cross-chain interoperability, and asset management framework, emphasizing its readiness to support large-scale applications.
Victor also outlined BOT Chain’s growth strategy driven by ecosystem applications, focusing on user acquisition, trading activity, and value creation through technological performance, flexible development capabilities, and ecosystem support programs.

Mr. Tony Tong delivered a keynote titled “Hong Kong's Web3 Innovation Development Leads a New Trend in Digital Finance.”
Drawing on his extensive experience in the internet and blockchain sectors, he outlined the evolution from Web1.0 to Web3.0 and analyzed public chain development, the rise of the value internet, and infrastructure upgrades.
He noted that since its establishment in 2017, the Hong Kong Blockchain Association has been committed to promoting compliant, stable, and sustainable industry growth.
With ongoing regulatory advancements, licensing frameworks, and talent support initiatives, Hong Kong is rapidly becoming a global hub for blockchain and digital assets.
Against this backdrop, next-generation public chains like BOT Chain bring new technological breakthroughs and global opportunities.

In the technical session, Mr. Alexander Ververis presented “Deconstructing the Modular Algorithm Network.”
He explained BOT Chain’s technical philosophy, emphasizing a modular approach that decouples consensus, execution, and settlement into independently evolving components.
Built around three core concepts—modular architecture, algorithm networks, and deterministic computing—BOT Chain aims to transform public chains into flexible, scalable systems, lowering development barriers and enhancing extensibility.
He also shared mainnet performance data, highlighting strong results in block generation speed, transaction activity, global user coverage, and low gas costs, alongside successful security audits with zero critical or medium risks.
Future plans include BOT Bridge 2.0, ZK integration, physical mining machine deployment, and developer tool upgrades, alongside continued advancements in cross-chain interoperability, trusted computing, privacy, and ecosystem modules.
Panel Discussion

A roundtable session titled “Peak Dialogue: Breakthrough and Rebirth in the Era of Public Chain 4.0” featured Alexander Ververis, Chow Wai-hung, Tony Tong, and Alex (Cary Pact).
The discussion covered technical evolution, regulatory frameworks, capital synergy, incubation, and ecosystem education.
Panelists explored how next-generation public chains can balance performance, security, and scalability, collaborate with Hong Kong’s financial ecosystem, and drive sustainable Web3 growth through compliance and industry integration.
