according to Coin Track Daily, Vietnam has launched an ambitious project called 1Matrix, aiming to build the country's first-layer blockchain developed independently. The project is jointly promoted by well-known institutions such as Techcombank, Techcom Securities, Masterise Group, and One Mount Group, and has now partnered with the Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA).
