according to the technology media The Verge, the "Down with Tesla" movement on Wednesday called on organizers, filmmakers, congressmen, and other key figures to unite and hold 500 demonstrations at 277 Tesla (TSLA.O) showrooms and supercharging stations in the United States on March 29. The "Down with Tesla" movement originated from dissatisfaction with Musk's growing political role, his close relationship with Trump, and his leadership of the government efficiency department. As a large part of Musk's net worth is tied to his ownership of Tesla stock, members of the "Down with Tesla" movement have targeted this electric car manufacturer. Unfortunately, protests against Tesla and Musk have become increasingly violent, with Tesla stores being shot at and cars being set on fire. Supercharging stations and cars owned by Tesla owners have also been damaged and set on fire. As these events escalate, U.S. President Trump pointed out that he believes such actions are domestic terrorism. Attorney General Pam Bondi also stated that the culprits behind the arson and damage to Tesla cars will be brought to justice.
