according to Decrypt, the South Korean blockchain company DaWinKS has partnered with the KaiaDLT Foundation to launch a stablecoin ATM that supports USDT cash exchange. It supports cash withdrawal of USDT issued on the Kaia chain and is currently online in various tourist and retail locations. This ATM is only available for users holding foreign passports and supports the exchange of 85 types of fiat currency or recharge to local transportation cards. The project operates under the South Korean "regulatory sandbox" framework and is currently not open to local residents.
