Port3 Network Announces Upcoming Social Launchpad “SoPad”

Social data gateway Port3 Network announced the launch of Launchpad "SoPad". It is reported that SoPad is positioned as a social LaunchPad, supporting the indexing of users' social contributions, pledge positions, etc., and then more fairly allocating quantified weights to each share.
