Noble announces Ethereum-compatible Rollup solution 'AppLayer'

On April 16th, Noble, a blockchain platform focusing on RWA and stablecoin issuance, announced on Wednesday that it will launch an Ethereum-compatible Rollup solution called "AppLayer" to expand its platform functionality. This solution allows developers to build customized RWA applications and infrastructure, and is planned to be officially launched in the third quarter of 2025. AppLayer will be built on the modular blockchain Celestia, utilizing its data availability solution to reduce storage costs. The solution is also compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), enabling seamless integration with DeFi projects in the Ethereum ecosystem.
