Nexton Solutions raises $4 million in strategic funding, led by Danal.

On November 27, AI-native re-staking and arbitrage execution protocol Nexton Solutions completed a $4 million strategic financing round, led by Korean payment company Danal, with participation from Amber Group, Value Systems, Metalabs Ventures, Vista Labs, Outlier Ventures, Kaia Foundation, TON Foundation, STON.fi, PayProtocol, and others.

Nexton Solutions is building a unified AI execution layer that automates cross-chain yield generation through core components.

Currently, major U.S. banking regulators, including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), are also releasing related draft rules to advance the stablecoin regulatory framework. Meanwhile, the GENIUS Act does not yet address rules for interest-bearing stablecoins, which has become a significant obstacle for Congress in advancing broader cryptocurrency market structure legislation.
