Inveniam Capital Partners and blockchain company MANTRA announced a strategic partnership on August 5. Inveniam will invest $20 million in MANTRA, and the two will jointly create a global institutional-grade real-world asset ecosystem with the United Arab Emirates and the United States as the core.

According to the agreement, the two parties will integrate Inveniam's data operations management solution and AI agent suite with MANTRA's compliant Web3 infrastructure to expand digital solutions for real-world assets. MANTRA, as the first layer blockchain focused on tokenizing real assets that supports multiple virtual machines, its subsidiary has obtained a license from the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA).
