On September 11th, at the "TimeStamp" summit held in Singapore, Henry Zhang, Founder & CEO of DigiFT, shared that identity verification and regulation are crucial in the issuance, sales, and trading of assets. Furthermore, he suggested that methods used by global stock exchanges like Nasdaq, which attract global companies and investors, can be applied to the realm of cryptocurrency assets. Zhang believes that cryptocurrency assets will become part of mainstream finance and will be subject to regulation.

He proposed leveraging existing capital market licensing and distribution mechanisms to strengthen regulation and integrate digital assets into the current system to enhance efficiency and transparency. DigiFT is the first and only security token DEX enrolled within the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) FinTech Regulatory Sandbox, built on the Ethereum public blockchain, enabling the issuance and trading of tokenized securities.
