According to monitoring by 1M AI News, AI intelligence platform Creao AI has completed a funding round of $10 million, led by Prosperity7 Ventures, a diversified venture capital fund under Aramco Ventures, along with Matrix Partners. Other investors include Yunqi Capital, MONOLITH, Hillhouse Capital, Sequoia China, and Huaye Tiancheng Capital. The company has raised over $30 million to date. Creao AI's core product is a three-layer architecture called Agent OS: users can execute tasks directly through a dialogue-driven superintelligent agent, with completed tasks saved as reusable Agent Apps that accumulate memory across tasks in a persistent workspace. CEO Cheng Kai summarizes it as "AI both creates tools and runs tools, with humans at the helm," aiming for a team of fewer than 20 people to handle workloads equivalent to multiple times that under traditional structures. The company launched its Vibe Coding tool in September 2025 and transitioned to the current Agent App model in December. Cheng Kai previously spent 10 years building production-level AI systems for over 250 enterprise clients; CTO Peter Pang was a research scientist for the Llama 3 project at Meta and worked on multimodal model research at Apple before joining Creao.
