Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer Bobby Ong has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding co-founder and former CEO TM Lee, while TM Lee will transition to President.

During his 11-year tenure as Chief Operating Officer, Ong played a key role in shaping CoinGecko's business strategy, expanding global operations, and enhancing its global impact. TM Lee will focus on advancing the long-term product vision and leading research and development projects from zero to one. This transition allows him to refocus on foundational innovation while maintaining strategic continuity. In addition, Cedric Chan will be appointed as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for leading CoinGecko's technology roadmap and infrastructure development. Ho Xingyi has been appointed as Head of Product, transitioning from his role as Growth Lead.
