Ethereum treasury company Bitmine Immersion Technologies has obtained shareholder approval to expand its authorized shares, with the proposal receiving 81% of the votes in favor. The company currently holds 4.203 million ETH (about 3.5% of the circulating supply), 193 BTC, and shares in Eightco Holdings worth 22 million USD, as well as nearly 1 billion USD in cash.

In addition, Bitmine has staked about 1.83 million ETH, with a comprehensive Ethereum staking rate of 2.83%, and recently invested 200 million USD in Beast Industries, indicating its ETH accumulation and diversification strategy.
