May 25, 2026 — According to official sources, AI.Claw Foundation announced that it has completed the full acquisition of the on-chain capital market infrastructure DexFV, and has simultaneously rebranded it as DexSK, aiming to establish it as the flagship Perp-DEX product within the AI.Claw Foundation ecosystem. Together with Strikebit.ai, SuperStrike, and other ecosystem components, it will comprehensively initiate the strategic convergence of the Web3 + AI Super Agent Financial Ecosystem.

The core adjustments and upgrade highlights are as follows:

Asset and Network Structure Migration: All assets, model systems, and network structures of existing DexFV users will undergo a 100% zero-loss, comprehensive migration to the AI-native financial infrastructure SuperStrike. Legacy nodes will be directly benchmarked against the top-tier governance benefits of the SuperStrike “Universal Node (2,000 USDT Tier)”.

Full Principal-and-Yield Order Conversion: After the migration is completed on June 15, users’ “unexpired principal” on the former platform and “generated but unwithdrawn earnings” accumulated during the transition period will be automatically merged and 100% fully converted into newly launched orders within the SuperStrike system, continuing the compound-interest mechanism. (For example: USD 1,000 principal + USD 300 earnings = USD 1,300 order after migration.)

DX5 Locking and Hedging Mechanism: Effective immediately, the DX5 LP pool on the BSC chain will be locked.
