180 Life Sciences Corp. (NASDAQ stock code: ATNF) announced that it has privately sold approximately $156 million of 2028 senior secured convertible bonds ("convertible bonds") to an institutional investor on August 8. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the issuance of convertible bonds to purchase more ETH. This issuance further expands the company's recently announced ETH fund management strategy. The company plans to regularly update investors on its ETH holdings in the short term to ensure maximum transparency.
