On October 8th, Nasdaq-listed company Flora Growth Corp. (stock code: FLGC) is about to be renamed ZeroStack, becoming the world's first decentralized artificial intelligence DAT treasury listed company by holding 0G (the native cryptocurrency of decentralized AI infrastructure project 0G).

The company announced today that it has purchased 772,200 0G at an average price of $2.59 per token. This acquisition is the company's first 0G purchase since recently completing a $401 million financing and strategically transforming into the world's first publicly traded 0G treasury.

As of October 6, 2025, Flora Growth's total 0G holdings amount to 122,538,335 tokens.
