Eightco Holdings Holds Approximately $374 Million in Crypto and AI Assets, Including $90 Million Indirect Stake in OpenAI

On May 28, according to a press release, U.S. publicly traded company Eightco Holdings announced its latest asset structure as of May 27, 2026, with a total holding size of approximately $374 million. The assets include: an indirect stake in OpenAI valued at about $90 million (held through an SPV), $18 million in Beast Industries equity, approximately $144 million in cash and stablecoins, 11,068 Ethereum, and about 283 million WLD, along with an investment of around $1 million in Mythical Games. Eightco stated that its future portfolio will focus on core assets in AI and the digital economy, emphasizing strategic exposure to private tech companies such as OpenAI and Beast Industries.
