He Xiaopeng is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of UCWeb Inc. and is in charge of the overall product design and R&D of the company. He has extensive working experience in foreign owned enterprises and as an entrepreneur.

He and Liang Jie jointly founded UCWeb in 2004. Under their leadership, UCWeb’s product and technology has gained significant market share in China. In 2011, He and his team developed proprietary U3 engine, being the first proprietary technology developed in the mobile browser industry in China.

Before joining UCWeb, He worked as Technology Manager, Testing Manager, and Project Manager at AsiaInfo Technologies (China) Co., Ltd.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from South China University of Technology in 1999.
