Virgil Andry is a serial entrepreneur, micro private equity, and angel investor. He studied business acquisitions under the training of Art Hamel and Richard Parker in the mid 2000's. Virgil was later mentored by James Tyree, Chairman & CEO of Mesirow Financial until his untimely passing in 2011.

Founding A&A in 2014 originally as a real estate and project management firm, Virgil expanded into focusing more on M&A and Private Equity projects. Virgil trained under Ace Chapman's Private Equity Partners Program and sourced micro private equity deals for his fund 2018 - 2019. He also moonlighted sourcing lower middle market private equity deals for Investment Banker, Donald Newman of CRG Capital Partners.

In late 2019, Virgil created a collaborative commercial project known as Project 1 Billion. In short, Project 1 Billion seeks to create and engineer a $1 billion valued conglomerate entity from pre seed to forest in as little time as possible. Project 1 Billion bore its first official entity in January, 2022 when Virgil became Founder & CEO of CoLaborator, Inc.

CoLaborator, Inc., also known as "The CoLaborator" is a management & investment company that partners with entrepreneurs and service providers to build and acquire businesses that we own and exit together as one.
