Prior to SideStep, served in multiple executive management roles at YAHOO including Senior Vice President, Commerce and Vice President/General Manager of the Yahoo Shopping Group responsible for Yahoo's Shopping, Travel, Auctions, Classifieds, Real Estate, E-Commerce Hosting and Vertical Product Search businesses.

Other roles included product management and marketing at Electronic Arts, Cendant, Golfweb (funded by Redpoint), and Zaplet (funded by Kleiner- Perkins).

Rob also competed at a high level in water polo earning All-America honors at UC Berkeley and was a member of two NCAA national championship teams.
