Nobu Nakaguchi is the Chief Design Officer and Co-Founder of Zola.com, responsible for overseeing Zola's user experience and product development. He strives to create emotionally meaningful interactions through intuitive design, drawing on his 12 years of experience with a focus on mobile and emerging technologies. Most recently, he was Senior Director of User Experience at Gilt Groupe, where he headed and managed the UX teams across the company and was responsible for designing Gilt Taste, Gilt Home, Gilt Live, Gilt iPad, and Gilt iPhone. Previously, his work has focused on design/product strategies and solutions with clients such as Salesforce.com, Match.com, Jetsetter, HopStop and a variety of New York-based start-ups.

Nobu holds a Master's degree from New York University's Interactive Telecommunications Program and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
