Jason is an IT professional focused on digital content, collaboration and communication technology with 17 years industry experience. He has led professional, globally dispersed teams to implement and maintain numerous intranets, software applications and content management platforms in roles including IT Service Manager, IT Project Manager and IT Business Analyst. Having lead two major DAM projects at Roche, one for the Global Product Strategy department and one for the Group Communications department, he has gained insights and expertise in areas such as stakeholder management, vendor management, information architecture design, business process management and systems integration. Jason is a passionate believer in user-centered design, stemming from the desire to offer a delightful user experience while hiding as much technical complexity from end-users as possible.
