Zilliqa plans to release v9.3.4 upgrade on mainnet on May 20

According to official sources, the Zilliqa infrastructure team is working to enhance EVM compatibility based on feedback from users and projects within the community, in order to improve the ability to deploy and interact with contracts and transactions on the Zilliqa network. The next network upgrade, Zilliqa v9.3.4, will include changes to improve the network development experience, such as addressing inaccurate gas estimation, duplicate log events, and transaction quantity query issues, in addition to fixing specific errors related to EVM compatibility. The team plans to release this upgrade on the mainnet on May 20, 2024.

Upbit will restore support for Zilliqa (ZIL) deposits and withdrawals

According to an official announcement the Zilliqa (ZIL) network upgrade has been completed and Upbit will resume support for Zilliqa (ZIL) deposits and withdrawals.

Zilliqa will start cutting staking rewards on January 16th

Layer 1 blockchain Zilliqa announced that the staking reward will officially be reduced to 34% starting from January 16th, in accordance with the proposal to reduce staking rewards that was approved by formal governance voting last year, in order to reduce inflation. Starting from February 13th, 2024, and every month thereafter, this value will continue to decrease by 1% until the staking reward level reaches the target value of 25%.

Zilliqa: The network has completed the v9.3.0 upgrade, but problems encountered are currently being resolved

Layer 1 blockchain Zilliqa has posted on social media that Zilliqa Network has completed the v9.3.0 upgrade, but encountered some issues afterwards, mainly including: API performance issues, network bridging service downtime, exchange integration delays, bulk transaction issues for mining pools, node synchronization difficulties, and some transactions not reflecting in wallets. Among them, API performance and exchange integration issues have been resolved, but network bridging service downtime, node synchronization, and wallet transaction issues are still being communicated and processed. Zilliqa suggests that users can report issues and feedback through channels such as Discord, and is currently in continuous communication with exchanges and partners to assist in troubleshooting and resolving upgrade-related issues.

Bithumb announced that Zilliqa (ZIL) deposits and withdrawals will resume. The estimated time for resuming deposits and withdrawals is Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 18:30.

Zilliqa: Technical problems on the network caused block production to be interrupted, user funds are safe

Layer 1 blockchain Zilliqa announced that the network is currently experiencing a technical issue causing block interruption. The technical team is working hard to identify and resolve the issue. Meanwhile, the official strongly recommends that all partners temporarily stop any deposits or withdrawals on the network.
