Vitalik, co-founder of Ethereum, stated through the X platform that privacy is normal. Railgun uses a privacy pool protocol, which makes it harder for bad actors to join the pool without compromising user privacy.

Railgun DAO community recently sent $365,000 worth of ETH to support Harmony in helping it recover its Horizon Bridge. Last year, hackers stole $100 million from Harmony's bridge protocol. Railgun is a DeFi privacy protocol managed by a decentralized community of the same name. The donation began with an automatic execution proposal submitted to Railgun governance by an anonymous user. The automatic execution proposal does not require higher-powered DAO members to operate. Once the DAO votes, the smart contract code in the proposal will be triggered for immediate execution.
