Bitfinex announced that it will delist three perpetual swap contracts, Avalanche/Bitcoin (AVAXF0/BTCF0), Polkadot/Bitcoin (DOTF0/BTCF0), and Worldcoin (WLDF0/USTF0), on April 1, 2024. Starting from 1:30 PM UTC on December 21, 2023, users will only be able to reduce their open positions in AVAXF0/BTCF0, DOTF0/BTCF0, and WLDF0/USTF0. The spot market for AVAX/BTC and DOT/BTC will continue to trade on Bitfinex.

IntoTheBlock stated in a post on X platform that the financing rates for perpetual BTC and ETH contracts have reached a new high for the year, indicating that the market may be overheated. Although this is not a direct predictor of price decline, the sustained high rates suggest that investors need to be cautious.
