Jito Labs announced an update on X platform stating that due to negative external factors affecting Solana users, Jito Labs has decided to temporarily suspend the memory pool provided by Jito Block Engine after careful consideration and discussions with the Jito Labs team and major Solana ecosystem stakeholders. The product will be suspended later today, while bundled packages and other block engine functions will continue to operate normally.

Coinbase has announced that it will add support for Jito (JTO) token based on the Solana network. If liquidity conditions are met, trading will begin on December 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time or later. Once the asset supply is sufficient, trading on the JTO-USD trading pair will be phased in. Support for JTO may be restricted in certain supported jurisdictions.

Jito Labs, the developer of MEV infrastructure on the Solana ecosystem, announced that the JTO airdrop redemption window will open at 11:00 AM Eastern Time on December 7, 2023 (the token generation date), corresponding to 12:00 AM Beijing Time on December 8. Starting from the token generation date, any eligible airdrop recipients can claim their JTO tokens within 18 months.
