Applied Digital, a provider of blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure, has announced the opening of a new 200 megawatt (MW) data center in Garden City, Texas. This marks the company's third blockchain hosting facility launched in North America. Applied Digital stated that once the center is fully powered, the location will bring the total hosting capacity of Applied Digital's hosting facilities to 480MW.
