AI chip startup Groq raises $640 million in new round of funding

AI chip startup Groq Inc. raised $640 million at a valuation of $2.8 billion in a new round of financing. The round was led by BlackRock, and investment divisions of Cisco Systems and Samsung Electronics also participated.
